WHO WE ARE

Blue Ocean Logistics, a leading third-party provider, offers comprehensive logistics solutions, including fulfillment, nationwide shipping, returns processing, warehouse management, and after-sales support. Founded in 2015, we initially focused on high-value electronic merchandise return management for e-commerce retailers and manufacturers in the US consumer electronics market. With eight years of growth, we now operate six fulfillment centers, one return processing center, and a dedicated team in China, evolving into a comprehensive logistics service provider encompassing fulfillment, warehousing, reverse logistics, and after-sales support services by the end of 2023.

Blue Ocean Timeline

2015

  • Blue Ocean Inc was founded at the end of the year, headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon, USA.

  • Focused on third party return management.

  • Built-up our WMS system with efficiency API integration.

2018

  • In July, our new fulfillment center in New Castle, DE opens.

  • The Blue Ocean WMS System gets upgraded.

2017

  • Forward logistics and fulfillment services start.

  • In July, Value-added service begins.

  • From the end of 2017 to the beginning of 2018, Blue Ocean officially begins business transformation, for the Life-cycle mode.

2020

  • Donate to support COVID-19 medical service workers

2023

  • In July, our new fulfillment center in Florida opened.

  • In June, we launched our new service Blue Ocean Marketplace

2019

  • The basic integration of the entire forward and reverse logistics chain is realized.

  • In March, a warehouse in Baldwin Park, CA opens.

  • In November, a warehouse in Knoxville, TN opens.
